Danny Bricknell (Partner)

Danny has been admitted to practice since 1985 and is responsible for the firm’s litigation section. He has experience in country and suburban law firms. He has broad experience in a wide range of Court related matters which include, family law, building and construction disputes, will disputes, defamation, compensation claims, professional negligence claims, and  criminal matters.

He has been involved in class actions, and has acted for a wide range of clients. He has served on various committees of the Law Society of New South Wales. Danny is also a Public Notary.

Peter Howell (Partner)

• Peter is a Notary Public and Solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1981.He has a broad range of experience but specializes in:  
•  Freehold conveyancing;
•  Leasehold conveyancing;
•  Commercial conveyancing/ Licensing;
•  Commercial Law; 
•  Probate and
•  Estates.

Peter has 20 years experience in private client work and now heads the property and commercial department. Peter and his team provide advice on and preparation of wills, powers of attorney, probate, trusts and related tax matters to clients. Peter is also involved in the Ryde Business Forum and other associated local interest groups.

Susan Rooke ( Solicitor )

Susan has practiced since 1997 as a solicitor. Prior to this she practiced as a qualified Accountant. She currently practices in the areas of family law, commercial and general litigation, compensation claims, will and estate disputes.
